If you can't beat ball mode or force mode or just don't have the time, here is an easy way to get them. If you used king first Gon will be your opponent. USE KING BEFORE ANYONE ELSE to fight in ball mode. Instead of beating the game with everybody to get Gon just beat the game with the original characters until you get Tekken Ball Mode.
Get Gon, and then do the following:Go to Tekken Force mode then soon as the game starts walk a little bit till you see a person then hit the circle key on the controller as fast as you can.Gon will start spinning toward the opponent on Tekken force soon as you knock down that person you will head toward the next one and so on throughout the game and it makes it an easy win with time to spare.
